令人期待已久的GA終於開始播第六季，這季的副標說是會change everything，人事可能會有一些變動。這些看似收入優沃的外科醫生們，也因財務狀況惡化而不得不與其他醫院合併，裁員是免不了，醫院裡人心惶惶，每人都為自己的前途擔心，深怕自己的工作不保而影響家計，求生意志一興起，做起事來也就更加積極，不論大事小事大家搶著做，如Iz癌症在身仍堅持進手術室協助開刀，整個醫院的氣氛詭異，卻也符合美國現今9%的失業率。

長官難為，要親手砍掉自己朝夕相處的同事任誰都會不忍心，資歷不代表免死金牌，能力和可利用性才是最後決定勝負的關鍵，亦值得人借鏡。
